Arabica

Arabica is the most widely cultivated species of coffee, and accounts for approximately 60% of the world’s coffee production. It is grown primarily in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, and is known for its delicate flavor and low acidity.

Robusta is another common species of coffee, accounting for approximately 40% of the world’s coffee production. It is primarily grown in Africa and Asia, and is known for its strong, earthy flavor and high caffeine content.

Liberica is a less common species of coffee that is primarily grown in Asia and West Africa. It has a distinctive, smoky flavor and is often used in blends to add complexity and depth.
